Consisting of Dough Portioner, two Pneumatic Cold Blocking/Forming Machines and one Lidding/Crimping system.
Created with purpose to eliminate the needless and their high costs; like water washing and rolling. Simplification and gearing of production for fluid output, reduced costs and higher profitability, is done by grouping of processes. A compact production line with the capacity to produce up to 1000 5″-6″ pies or patterned tart shells per hour, or up to 2000 5″-6″ plain tart shells and hour.

An on-demand pie making system ensuring healthy outputs of up to 8000, standard 5′-6′, pies per day depending on your staff complement and efficiency. More than 9000 5-6″ pies have been realised and 10 000 plus of 2′-3, 5′ cocktail pies have been produced.

Comprising of Dough Portioner, two Pneumatic Cold Dough Forming Machines and manual Pie, Crimping system; A complete pie manufacturing system that provides total production fluidity. Geared for a high output of 3 seconds per pie or a tart shell every 1,5 – 2 seconds. Its modularity allows for simple expansion as you grow or make use of the versatility. You can set up your high-volume solution with a wide variety of dies for forming a range of products and the ability to effortlessly changeover. Output volumes again depend on pie size, pie type, and correct staff contingent. The larger the commodity the slower the cycle and the smaller the pie the faster is production.
8000 pies per day can be produced on three 2, 25m x 1, 25m stainless steel worktables inline, totalling 6, 5m x1, 25m compact; with the smallest production footprint vs output of any system globally, capable of manufacturing sizable volumes of the product.
