All our Lidding machines have the versatility to produce both one large pie or two smaller pies irrespective of the die shape or size. With the exception of our Cocktail or Party pie system which has a uniqueness all of its own. Realising the dire need for the means to be able to produce bite size pies affordability within the catering industry, and the fact that all catering companies we have researched as well as dealt with say the only reason they produce party pies is to provide a service rather than for profit. This inspired us to make it a reality. Sounds strange maybe we agree. The reality however, particularly in the South African market is that those companies that produce party pies tend to be favoured over those that don't because party pies are such a popular menu item.

So we set out to invent and develop a system as simplistic as possible to fulfil this purpose and niche. Although developed some years ago, the precision required to manufacture the system affordability has only recently become available. With as little as 2 -3 staff members its now possible to produce a few thousand party pies per day, quickly, consistently and on a single table. As opposed to multitudes of staff, a massive premises and many tables with each laboriously hand making tiny little pies all day.

 Essentially we have two means of producing multiple pies;

* One utilising our Blocking/Forming machine and Lidding/Crimping Machine to produce two fold over/Cornish or Empanada type pies.

* And the second our cocktail/party pie system which produces up to 10 small pies simultaneously. This system requires dough to be rolled or sheeted.
