It's our Blocking/Forming and Lidding / Crimping system that has the most low cost vs high profit benefit. As little as 300 pies per day at a retail selling price of R9,00 will NETT you a massive R5,50 profit, that's a total cost of R3,75 (worst case scenario) labour inclusive providing a massive 140% NETT profit. Simply add another Cold Blocking machine to your High Volume Production Solution so you can produce your bases and lids independently which doubles your output. More than 10,000 to 20,000 pies are possible per day using this combination of machines.(Volumes depend on pie size and type). And is the optimum compact production solution guaranteeing you maximum profit in your product. Where a completed pie can be produced from start to finish in as little as 2,5 to 3,5 seconds with this solution being manned effectively. Volumes of 10,000 plus pies per day can comfortably be produced with as little as 6 staff members, and a daily output of 20,000 plus pies per day incorporating a night shift. Our solutions are so affordable and so compact that when your pie making capacity is reached, you can double up and acquire another Maximum Solution effectively doubling your production to make more pies.
